Identifying and Harnessing Potential: Just as Jesus saw potential in Peter despite his flaws, business leaders should identify the potential in their employees. Look beyond their current abilities and see what they can become with the right guidance and support.

Balancing Emotions and Decisions: Pre-Jesus Peter was driven by emotion, while post-Jesus Peter was directed by his love for Jesus. In

business, encourage a balance between emotional intelligence and rational
decision-making. Teach employees to manage their emotions effectively and
make decisions based on data and thoughtful analysis.

Reflecting on the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000, I’m reminded of the importance of putting my faith into action, even when resources seem scarce. In business, it’s easy to become paralyzed by what I lack, but today’s reflection encourages me to step out in faith, trusting that God will multiply my efforts.

Just as the disciples brought what little they had to Jesus, I’m encouraged to bring my resources, talents, and opportunities to Him, trusting that He can do far more with them than I ever could on my own. Faith in action means not waiting for perfect conditions but moving forward, knowing that God is in control.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for the reminder that You can multiply my efforts when I step out in faith. Help me to put my faith into action in my business, trusting that You will provide and make a way.
